Dr. Meier immediately put her formal training to use by starting her practice with Lake Superior Dental Associates in 1995. She is actively involved in dental organizations and study clubs to keep current with the changes in dentistry.

Dr. Meier is married to David Buhr, a local business owner. She has three step children--Jordan, Noah, and Kailey, who keep her active attending hockey, soccer, football and wrestling, along with other various school functions. The family especially enjoys spending time at their Moose Lake cabin in the summer. Dr. Meier's hobbies include gardening at home and at the lake. Her favorite pastimes are long walks with her husband, fishing and boating.
